Active Remittance Software Delivers New Features to Securely Support Centralized and Distributed Payment Processing

The increased processing capacity of the iTRAN transports allows Comsquared to address markets in excess of 10,000 items per day.
Support for distributed capture of payments, both individually and in batches, is now a standard feature of Active Remittance. Users securely transmit payment images to the centralized facility, along with any notes or payment application instructions as a part of the transactions.
Enhancements available in Version 7.0 strengthened the product’s focus on data security. Advanced Encryption Standards are supported for all sensitive database fields and image content.
Comsquared’s Active Remittance solution is designed to automate check payment posting to accounts receivable systems, bank deposit preparation and Check 21 image deposit using the latest technologies. Features include automation of payment posting for full pay, partial pay, checks only, and multiple checks/stubs items, support for multiple banks, real-time image cleanup, payment image archive, and customer information/billing system interfaces.
