ImageDirector - MFP™

ImageDirector MFP converts your MFP into a kiosk capture device, complete with its own document management system. Intuitive touch screen interfaces are used to capture, classify, index and archive document images all as a part of the copying process.

Your administrator configures capture jobs with classification buttons that match your business processes. There is no data entry to classify documents, just a single touch of a button.

ImageDirector also takes the guesswork out of complex document preparation. You tell the system all the documents that are required for a job, such as meeting agenda preparation. Once all the documents are available, the printer and finisher components of the MFP are used to create the job. The print package is assembled and prepared just as you designed, first time – every time.

Remote offices can utilize ImageDirectors secure file transfer capabilities to forward captured documents to a centralized image repository. ImageDirector supports output formats for major document management systems.

ImageDirector - MFP/HP

Developed specifically for HP’s entire multifunction printer (MFP) family, including the HP CM8060/8050 Color MFPs with Edgeline Technology; ImageDirector MFPHP is a complete document management solution that allows users to CAPTURE, INDEX, ARCHIVE and RETRIEVE all of their documents electronically.

ImageDirector MFPHP provides an easy-to-use, intuitive interface for scanning and archiving documents via the HP embedded touch screen control panel. By combining the utility of HP’s multifunction printers with the efficiency of an electronic filing system; ImageDirector creates an easy-to-use document imaging solution for organizations to work more efficiently.  A user can file documents electronically without the complexity and expense of traditional document imaging solutions.

ImageDirector MFPHP makes it simple to scan a document, apply relevant index information and archive.  Users can effortlessly search for and retrieve images immediately once they have been scanned.  ImageDirector MFPHP contributes to productivity right away – with an intuitive design and “Low-Impact” Technology, installing quickly with no business disruption.

ImageDirector -Capture ST/ RPM ™

ImageDirector Capture ST makes easy work of batch document scanning, separation, classification and indexing. All TWAIN compliant devices are supported, as well as file imports. Workstation configuration is done using a point and click administrator interface. Capture jobs, and their various requirements, are configured and downloaded to the capture stations. This makes administration of remote office capture processes simple.

Centralized classification and indexing operations also find Capture ST a great capture platform. Documents are captured and transmitted securely to the central site. Where required, Capture ST supports automatic separator sheet insertion for automated document separation processes.

Capture ST is also the batch document capture interface for ImageDirector – MFP. The MFP’s scanning component is configured to scan to a known location. Output from Capture ST is configurable back to the ImageDirector Archive or other third party systems.

ImageDirector Remote Process Manager (RPM) is designed to meet the needs of organizations with operations in multiple time zones. Distributed document capture and centralized process management are key components. RPM is ideally suited for key-from-image applications which require database integration with core business processes.

Administrators can easily direct work to available locations. This helps eliminate an overtime pay requirement by transferring work to resources available in different time zones or at lower pay rates.

A major advantage of ImageDirector Capture products is the per workstation licensing plans. Increasing volume does not cost you more licensing dollars, as with competitive, volume based licensed products.

Fax Capture

Capturing and classifying documents received via facsimile is one of Comsquared’s core competencies. Regardless of your fax capture platform, Comsquared has complimentary products that accept the faxed images directly into the solution workflow.

A big challenge in fax capture solutions is determining document separation and order. Some fax machines capture pages 1 to 10, others 10 to 1. Some fax transmissions contain all related pages; others are a combination of unrelated items. What about the cover sheets, keep them or not? How do you keep the restaurant menu from down the street out of your work process? Comsquared’s document identification and separation products help automate these issues.
