   With the UPN – UNISearch Billing SmartLink, they can!

This SmartLink has a special processing routine that takes each member’s bill produced by SEDC’s Arista, and automatically files it in their UNISearch electronic file folder each month. 

Whether the bills come to you on CD or are downloaded to your system from Arista, this new SmartLink will automatically process each bill and store it permanently (or temporarily, your choice!) on your UNISearch document management system. 

When your customer service representative selects the appropriate monthly bill to view from the UNISearch document list of documents in their file, it will appear on their screen exactly like the paper copy of the bill the customer is looking at!
