   With UPN – DocLink you can view all of your member’s information in one mouse click! 

   Instead of deciding which software button to click when you want to view documents such as applications, service orders, correspondence or billing information, it’s all now available with one simple UPN button called “IMAGING”. 

   UPN - DocLink also eliminates the need to key in the member number and separator number to view a member’s documents, saving you time, money, and hassle. 

Just by clicking the “IMAGING” button on the UPN inquiry screen, all of the member’s documents will display in a list that is delivered right to your desktop. 

When you see the document you want, just double click, and, in an instant ….the document appears on your screen! 

Standard features in UNISearch allow you to print, fax or email the document or documents instantly.  You can answer any and all questions with your customer on the phone. No more call backs!

To return to UPN, just click on the ‘X’ to exit, and you’re right back to UPN where you left off!
